Designing the packaging for Butterfly Pea Tea, was all about celebrating the tea’s unique charm. Using an illustrative style, I highlighted the lush, tropical landscapes where the tea is grown, giving a nod to its origins and natural roots. The design tells a story—of tradition, nature, and a little bit of magic—right on the box.
The color palette took its cue from the tea itself: vivid blue for its natural hue and a soft purple to reflect the transformation when acidity is added. To balance the vibrant colors, I paired the illustrations with a clean, minimalist logo, keeping the overall look fresh and elegant. The result? Packaging as enchanting as watching the tea change colors in your cup.
